• This is soup is consists of broth, rice noodles, herbs and meat (beef/chicken).
• It is one of the popular dish in Vietnam and you can found served in street stalls, in house and restaurants all over the country.
• It is national dish of Vietnamese.
• This is soup is influenced by two culinary  – Chinese and French cooking.
• Rice noodles and spices are imported from China and meats from France.
• Pho that is cooked with chicken instead of beef is called Pho ga.
