My Morning Routine

Welcome reader’s!

Today I’m gonna share my morning routine with you.. I don’t do before but I feel like I’m living my life aimless but now I start thinking spent whole day without any aim is such stupidity..!!

I’m still young and I love to scroll my facebook or Instagram and haven’t learn any think.. because everyday you learn new.. and my idea of writing my blog is whenever I got something new or anything new about from a pin to the universe .. I write about it..!! I tried so many times to update my diary but I failed so. At least I hope I’ll keep this on.

1.PRAY!

I think I’m doing this last from 8 years.. I learn this from my school.. whenever you wake up first say thankyou God for that day. And in bed I think about my day.. what I have do or anything I want .. it’s like self talk.

2. Meditation

Generally I first walk outside for 5-10 mins to get fresh air and communicate with nature , birds , trees .. from this my mind so get-up then I sit anywhere you like & feel comfortable except bed. And 10 mins I mediated . In that 10 mins I don’t know anyone even myself I just blank my brain and see brighter side.

3. Lot’s of water

Drink at least 4 glass of water before anything.. it’s makes you healthy plus it gives you glow and it’s help to fight so many problems.. In starting I face problems so if you not able to drink 4 glass then start with 1 glass.. most important thing is to know your body..

4. Plan your day

It take times to me drink so I go with mails and then I make my to-do list and keeping record what I learn yesterday ( or you do before going to sleep) so at the end of the year I learn 365 things.. of course.. many day I don’t learn basic things.. so I keepup 20-30 things which I want to keep in my life time

5. Life your day

It is not a morning routine but I’ll give you as a bouns or now prepare your mind in morning to do anything which make you smile through your heart because nowadays everyone life like they are themselves punishment of others.. so just charge yourself.. and try to do what’s make happy!

  • Help stranger or your colleagues.
  • Give someone to eat who you find hungry or even to birds and dogs.
  • Listen your friends or near by persons..who wants to share or many other things you can do just think and DO IT!

But in the end, you feel happy and will motivate for next morning. You like to wake up and you start seeing positive side of the universe. So, comments down what is your morning list and which one you wanna include in your list..
