
Hello foodies, so from this blog I’m going to start 30 day’s challenge of writing blog..!! I writing blog from last 3 months but it’s difficult to me to write as a daily basis…. So, as that reason I’m going to start an quarantine edition from Today!
So let’s drive into it
DAY 1..!! So today I’m going to share my yummy and tasty “Chocolate Mug Cake” recipe. So as we already know it is one of the trending dessert till now! They are soft , fluffy with single serving dessert which you can decorate with chocolate /choco chips/ cream with sprinkles /raspberry / chocolate syrup and many more.
Let’s check out the Ingredients:-
•Coco Powder- 1 tbsp
•Powdered Sugar- 1½ tbsp
•Baking Powder- ½ pinch
•Baking Soda- ½ pinch
•Condensed Milk- 1 tbsp (optional)
•Milk- 1 + 1 tbsp
•Butter- 1 tbsp
•Cream / Malai – ½ tbsp
•Vinegar- 1 drop
•Vanilla essence- 1 drop
So, we collected our ingredients so let’s start making it!
Let’s grab a normal regular size cup and polish with oil then we first put dry ingredients like flour, coco powder, powdered sugar, baking powder, baking soda and mix it well with fork. After that we put our wet ingredients like condensed milk,1 tbsp milk , butter, cream , vinegar, vanilla essence and mix it again with same fork! We don’t want any lumps in our cake so after mixing I again pour 1 tbsp milk and mix it and our texture is ready.
If you want to put or want to having same or contrast taste you can add chocolate /choco chips/ cream with sprinkles /raspberry / chocolate syrup and many more depends on you!
Then we put our mug inside the microwave and everyone have different settings so it may take 1 or 2 minutes but it start poping-up or start taking shape like balloons then your cake is ready.
