•Garlic Paste – 1 tbsp
• Flour- 2 tbsp
•Corn Flour – 1 tbsp

        (Extra ingredients)
•Onion-2
•Oil
•Ketchup
•Chilly Sauce
•Soya Sauce

        (For Gravy)
•Corn Flour- 1 tbsp
•Water- ½ Cup

So, we collected our ingredients so let’s start..!!
Let’s take a big bowl and  put our margination ingredients which I already  mentioned before and after that we mix it well and leave for 10mins.
Next, we are going heat oil  to fry our  marginated Panner. As the oil heat we put it under medium flame and start frying!

Then we put our other pan in stove and put 2-3 tbsp oil. After heating we put our chopped onion ( square/chopped size) and cooking until it start becoming brown. Then we add our sauces like ketchup, chilly sauce and soya sauce and mix it . Hold for 30-45 sec and then add our fried Panner in it and mix it well.
Then if you want some more Gravy in your Manchurian then take a regular size bowl. Take water and add 1tbsp corn flour and give a good mix and pour into the Manchurian but slowly with small amount. Pour it in 2-3 times so that it get absorbed and it is totally optional. Great with different types of Indian breads like Paratha, Kulcha, tandoori,etc.,.

It is easy , tasty with great colour. Hope you will enjoy your Panner Manchurian and share your Love ❤️ with us too!
