Source

Hello foodies, I’m started 30 day’s challenge of writing blog..!! I writing blog from last 3 months but it’s difficult to me to write as a daily basis…. So, as that reason I started an quarantine edition!

So let’s drive into it
DAY 3..!! So today I’m going to share my yummy ,tasty, supper dupperr “Lasagna” recipe. So as we already know how to make it and there are over thousands of video or recipe available on internet!  But today what I’m going to do different is I’m just using simple and basic ingredients and make in less time plus I’m not going to use any oven or microwave. I going to cook on flames.

Let’s check out the Ingredients:-
 •Flour-250g
•Salt-  1½pinch
•Yeast/Yogurt (optional)
•Chicken Sausage (optional)
•Onion-3
•Cheese
•Ketchup
•Chilly Sauce
•Organon
•Chilly Flakes

So, we collected our ingredients so let’s start..!!
Let’s take a big bowl and  make a dough from flour + yeast/ yogurt (optional)+ luke warm water and mix it well and leave for 15-20mins.
Next, we are going to heat non-sticky pan in medium flame and we divide our dough on four parts and roll it so become round and flat. As our pan is ready, we switch to low flame and put ketchup and chilly sauce as a base on pan. Then we put 1 round sized dough and put our sauces (ketchup & chilly sauce) then Sausage, Onion and cheese. Then again put another dough with our sauces and cheese. Repeat it! Cover the pan!
When our chesse start melting.. it’s indicate that our lasagna is almost ready. After taking out it and sprinkle Organon and chilly flakes. Now, it’s ready to serve!

It is easy , tasty and Sooooo cheesy dish.Hope you will enjoy your Lasagna with less ingredients and time.Share your Love ❤️ with us too!

So, comments down what you want me to write next wheather it’s recipe of food or drinks or anything you want to share with us or how much deeply your love or unbreakable bond with cheese..??

Hi. I was just wondering if you knew any nice substitutes for the huge amount of cheese that goes into a lasagna because I wanted to make a healthier version that still tastes amazing. Thnx

Yes, you can blend or mash some Firm Silken Tofu with lemon juice. Silken Tofu can substitute cheese in many recipes, replacing cottage cheese or ricotta in dips, sauces, smoothies, pies, and pasta dishes. Thnx for reaching us.. for any queries feel free to contact!
