
Hello foodies, I’m started 30 day’s challenge of writing blog..!! I writing blog from last 3 months but it’s difficult to me to write as a daily basis…. So, as that reason I started an quarantine edition!
So let’s drive into it
DAY 4..!! So today I’m going to share my yummy and tasty snack “Nacho chips” recipe. Whenever I go to watch any movie I ordered it..!! So,
Let’s check out the Ingredients:-
•Corn flour:- 200g
•Flour-50g
•Salt- 1½pinch
•Haldii( Turmeric)-1 tbsp
•Luke warm water
•Carom seed- 2tbsp
•Oil
(For sprinkle masala)
•Salt-½ tbsp
•Chilly powder-½ tbsp
•Black pepper powder-½ tbsp
•Mango Powder-½ tbsp
* Or Just use chaat masala
So, we collected our ingredients so let’s start..!!
Take a big bowl and make a dough from flour + corn flour+ Add crushed carom seed + Haldii (Turmeric) and mix it well with Luke warm water and leave for 15-20mins.
Next, we are going to heat oil in medium flame for frying Nacho chips and roll dough in rolling board so become round and flat. Then we take a fork and press in our rolled dough so air can go out and our chips become chripsy. Then we cut half the dough and Repeat it from other side also ( like pizza). Then we put chips into oil and fry it!
When our chips cool down after frying.. we mix all masala ingredients or sprinkle chaat masala in chips. Now, it’s ready to serve!
It is easy , tasty and movie snacks which can serve with ketchup and cheese Sauce. Hope you will enjoy your Nacho chips when you going to watch movie next time. Don’t forget to Share your Love ❤️ with us too!
