
DAY 19..!! So today is national potato day in US. Potato is a good source of many vitamins and minerals, such as potassium and vitamin C. So today recipe is “Honey chilli potato” So, Let’s drive into it,
Introduction-
Honey Chilli Potato is a popular Indo-Chinese appetizer. Sweet and spicy flavor combination makes it awfully delicious. So, let’s check out ingredients:-
• Potato
• Salt
• Tumeric
• Chilly powder
• Ketchup
• Chilly sauce
• Soya sauce
• Vinegar
• Ginger paste
• Garlic paste
• Oil
• Flour
• Corn flour
• Honey
So, we grab our ingredients. Let’s start making it..!!
1. First, peel potato and cut into shape like French fries. Boil for for 5 mins with salt.
2. Then migrated with salt, tumeric, chilly powder, soya sauce, vinegar, ginger & garlic paste, flour and corn flour. Leave for 10 mins.
3. Heat the sauce pan and fry it.
4. Take another saucepan, heat 2tbsp oil and fry onion and add Ketchup, chilly sauce, soya sauce and give good mix for 45 sec.
5. Add fried potatoes and mix it.
6. For Gravy, we take a bowl and add 1tbsp corn flour with water. (Optional)
7. Put mixture water in chilli and mix it.
8. Add honey from top and it’s ready!
