But ever you see a expiry date on a label? But you can see everywhere its manufacturing date. Because it said that how older the bottel, the better version  you get. Whenever someone placed their order they ask for that particular year and it become expensive year by year. Alcoholic beverage such as liquor, beer and wine are made of using different ingredients and process but all of them  involves fermentation process which convert into sugar. But other factors are also affect to them such as temperature, light and oxidation

LIQUOR

Liquor like gin, vodka, rum and whisky can be consumed within 6 to 8 months for it best taste, according to industry experts. Liquor should be stored in a dark, cool place or even in a freezer. For liquor, you don’t have to worry about expiry dates because they are distilled. If if you don’t open your bottle it will never go bad.

BEER

Bear is made up of cereal, grains and usually Barley but also corn, wheat and oats. Over 70 styles of beer are available today and each style derives its unique characters from its ingredients and brewing process. In case of beer, as long as bottle remains an unopened and don’t come in the contact of oxygen.. you can drink it..!! Even if you open up bottle and let it sit, it will not expire but it will start oxidizing and evaporates. You will sick of beer.

WINE

Wine is totally different from above of the alcoholic beverage from ingredients to their storage. It has it’s own unique ways which introduces to the world. Wine is say to get better with age. It is sold for its older and older manufacturing days. It become expensive and expensive as the days goes on. You can drink most of the wine within a week of opening for getting its best taste and don’t forget to cork them. Wines stores in a oak barrel for many years in a cold place because light and heat affect the flavour as well as quality of wine. You should drink cheaper wines under 1- 2 years. In case of fortified wines, if you open the bottle you should consumed within a week or two because they quickly loss there aromas and flavours because beer is mixed so as they come in the contact of oxygen, they start oxidizing and evaporates.
